Cancellation

Must be made in writing, by the signatory who booked the holiday, (i.e. the lead name) together with the return of any travel documents. Cancellations must be received by the Company prior to the departure date to be valid. Our cancellation charges are based on the standard ABTA average structure. The date that written cancellation is received at our office will be the date used to determine cancellation charges which are levied on the following scale:

Up to 42 days before departure

Loss of deposit

41 to 29 days before departure

30% of the holiday cost or loss of deposit whichever is the greater

28 days to 15 days

50% of the holiday cost

14 days to day of departure

100% of the holiday cost
